			A forfeited game occurs when one team is unable to field enough players (8) at game time.
			However there is a 16 minute grace period
			This is FALL Ball;  borrowed/loaned players are allowed and encouraged!!
			3 forfeits and team is disqualified from the league with no refunds.*
						(* special circumtances will be considered)
			No new inning after 2:50 (9 inn), 2:20 (7 inn).
			All Games are 9 innings unless otherwise noted.
