		!	Prepare for Make-ups/Rain Outs to be scheduled right away on open fields/timeslots.
			A forfeited game occurs when one team is unable to field enough players (8) at game time.
			However there is a 31 minute grace period (by umpires watch !) with 1 run being assessed
			at game time & 1 run every 15 min thereafter.				(I.E. Game time 1-0, 15 min 2-0,  30 min 3-0)
			3 forfeits and team is disqualified from the league with no refunds.*
						(* special circumtances will be considered)
			No new inning after 2:50 (9 inn), 2:20 (7 inn).
			All Games are 9 innings unless otherwise noted.
