It has come to my attention that the non-runner rule is not being used properly.
Each team has the option of declaring up to two (2) players, NOT POSITIONS on the ENTIRE line-up card (starters and substitutes) before the game and must be properly marked on the line-up card.
In Blue & Gray if you chose to only mark one or no players you may use the remaining non-runners, up to two, ONLY for an obvious injury, then that player becomes a non-runner for the rest of the game, if you have used up your two non-runners already and there is an injury you must use a substitute.
Further more there is no rule that says your catcher, pitcher or any other player (if not listed as non-runner) does not have to run for a declared non-runner if they are the last recorded out.
If your catcher or pitcher is the last recorded out and should be the runner you CAN NOT skip over them. If you are Managing this wrong that is your issue not the other teams problem.
