Mike Tiller Complete Game

Since nobody has made note of this...I'll go ahead and give props to Mike. I'm not sure if I even got his name right since I don't know him, but he pitched a complete game against us (The Blues) yesterday and had a lot of people off balance.

He pitched the whole game, probably throwing about 120-130 pitches (most of which were sliders), but effective nonetheless in sending the Hawks to a decisive game 3rd game Tuesday night. Just giving credit where credit is due. Good luck to both teams Tuesday night.

As Brandon mentioned Mike Tiller pitched a complete nine inning game striking out 7 Blues and kept the Blue's guessing most of the evening. When the Blue's did have men on base he was able to come up with some big pitches to either induce a ground ball or strike out a batter to end a scoring threat. I hope his back is ok because he carried us to the third and deciding game!

Wow...I finally got some love on the message board!

Just want to say thanks for the props to Cole. Yes, most of my pitches were off-speed, but thats only because I have seen what you guys can do to a fastball! You guys are one of the best hitting teams in the leauge. Sundays game was a real fun game to play in. (with the exception of rhett's line drive off of my calf that left the imprint of a baseball and a serious bruise)

It should be a good game tomorrow night. Good luck to everyone.

I tell you what Mike I have always thought you were a solid pitcher from highschool on...I was telling everyone on the team that you were a tough pitcher who I under estimated because I even thought you wouldnt make it out of the second with the line drive that I hit. Man I agree with Cole you did throw a hell of a game and the best thing for the Blues is that we wont have to face you again this season! Congrats and you showed alot of heart and passion on Sunday! Good Luck on Tuesday!
