Complaints about some recent umpiring has been made on this board, the league wants you to know there is a process.
The managers have the option to fill out the umpire eval form for each and every game.
NVA encourages this process just as Blue & Gray does, and just like any employer employee relationship these critic sheets are used to praise, promote, and conversly councel, reprimand and dismiss.
However if the forms are not filled out how is the situation going to be remedied?
The forms do require the names of the umpires and obviously your rmanager to take the time to do it, players are welcome to assist thier managers to fill these forms out, but it must be sent in by the team manager or assigned rep, once the league receives the form it is sent to NVA as is, we do not alter them.
NVA then will take the time to discuss them with the league.
The process has worked in the past, so why not use it?
We are sure there are naysayers out there but the process is available, if you chose to take the time to, without it, there can be no remedies offered by the league or the NVA officials.
