Woodbridge, VA---May 7, 10005

          The NOVEC Nationals and the Potomac Brewers played a game for the ages. The National was riding a three game winning streak with hot hitting and aggressive base running. Along with the weather (rain) the Brewers shut down the running game, and the pitching of the Brewers limited the Nationals to eight hits scatted over seven innings. Logan Springer of the Nationals pitched six inning giving up six earned runs, striking out nine Brewers in the loss.      

   The Brewers will take on the Yankees in a  match-up next Saturday May 13th at Heritage 4PM.

       The Nationals will meet up with the NV Red Sox 10AM Saturday May 13th at Woodbridge MS.
