Quantico, VA---July 29, 2006

         Todd Musher kept the Manassas Mets play-off hope alive going the distance defeating the Bulldogs at Quantico 4-2 Saturday.  The Bulldogs also had play-off aspirations but fell in this hard fought game and were eliminated from post season play in the Blue and Gray baseball League.

 

Musher struck out 18 as the Mets have come within 2 game of making the play-offs

  Next up:

 The Mets will face the front running Yankees at PW Stadium 7:30 PM Thursday Aug 3rd.

  The Quantico Bulldogs will play for positioning in the lower bracket as they take on the NV Red Sox on Sunday Aug 6th .
